Contradictions in Rennes-le-Château? That would be utter heresy in the Land of Make-Believe!

Why was Mary Magdalene depicted as a reformed prostitute at all? Why has the Catholic Religion forgotten its roots and the very ideas of chastity? These are the questions people should all be asking.

A Doctor of the Roman Catholic Church once stated that a woman sinned every time she menstruated. This should give us all a strong clue.

The Dualists (Gnostics, Manicheans, Bogomils, Cathars) all believed in the denial of the flesh and regarded matter as evil. They denied the existence of the physical Christ. If Mary Magdalene should be viewed as their Saint – then symbolically, she is the inverted Virgin Mary. The Virgin Mary was born into “purity” while Mary Magdalene was born into “sin” until Christ liberated her.

The 13th century author, Peter of Vaux de Cernay, when describing Cathar beliefs, said that the original ‘good Christ’, was incorporeal and only existed spiritually within the body of Paul – while the Vatican (according to the Cathars) – regarded the earthly Jesus as evil and was married to Mary Magdalene – because the Vatican immersed itself in earthly riches and materialism. This account by Peter of Vaux de Cernay suggests that spiritual theology preceded – and was the root cause – of history.

Therefore, the moral of this story should be, look inside your own head for solutions to understanding religious beliefs rather than reading historical texts that could merely reflect the religious beliefs.

Not in a million years will people ever understand the meaning of this symbolism.
