There is no difference between Rennes-le-Château & Roswell – The mythical history of Abbé Bérenger Saunière and the “Roswell Crash” are identical – both stories are equally full of fraud and deception. Exactly the same with Ancient Astronauts where the “evidence” is twisted to fit the fantasy – and the true facts are suppressed and hidden in some hermetically sealed vault.

Noël Corbu, Robert Charroux, Pierre Plantard, Philippe de Chérisey, Gérard de Sède, Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh and Henry Lincoln were equally just as devious and as culpable as Erich von Däniken, Frank Stranges, and any other Ancient Astronaut Believer or Believer in Extraterrestrials.

To re-affirm the facts about Flying Saucers – not one Flying Saucer has been spotted by any observatory in the World: the Hubble Space Telescope was launched in 1990 and the James Webb Space Telescope was launched in 2021 – neither of which have spotted a single Flying Saucer. Is there anything on the Ancient Aliens documentary series that can stand the critical test and cannot be debunked? Lights in the sky are not spaceships from Outer Space and not a single artefact exists that can definitely be proved as “evidence” of Ancient Astronauts.

To date, the rest of the archives of Abbé Bérenger Saunière have not been made available on microfilm and offered to Carcassonne Library. To date, not one shred of evidence has surfaced to substantiate the existence of Flying Saucers (although there is a lot of hysterical hullabaloo about lights in the sky described as “technological” in nature).

Both the stories of Rennes-le-Château & Roswell are failed candidates, suitable only for belief by romantics.
