Jean-Pierre Garcia is only one of the stars of the Rennes-le-Château scam and hoax. The way that Garcia wallows in the myths just happens to be the love of his life. But this guy has to live a REAL LIFE. He must budget his income, he must do his shopping, he must pay his utility bills, he must upkeep his vehicle, he must negotiate his career correctly, and so on. What I mean to say is this: In order to live, he and other people like him cannot do that through a process of fantasy – it requires 100% logic. So the existence of logic & common sense is something that such people find unavoidable – in contrast to the life of fantasy that they all live. Be it beliefs in Rennes-le-Château, the Priory of Sion, the Loch Ness Monster, Flying Saucers, Ghosts and the Supernatural, or whatever...
Jean-Pierre Garcia
A study that began in 2010 for Jean-Pierre Garcia and which saw its culmination a decade later with a very long article which “helped to reveal a new and intriguing affair, that of the meridian markers...”, a monster of the Loch Ness in Aude which periodically resurfaces!
And…
“...the treasured and mysterious life of Bérenger Saunière was not my first concern. Certainly his remarkable buildings and his atypical career cannot leave anyone indifferent. I was especially attracted by the countless historical and artistic links conveyed by the affair. There are dozens of strange stories in France where incredible characters defy our imagination and logic. That of Bérenger Saunière has a very different and unique aspect: incontestable relations exist between his environment and the History of France.”
