The Catholic Circle of Narbonne
14 August 2026
The first person to do research on The Catholic Circle of Narbonne in relation to Rennes-le-Château was Christopher Scargill. Credit where credit is due.
Yes, of course the Catholic Circle of Narbonne could have had something to do with the everyday history of 19th century France and anti-Republicanism – Notre Dame de Marceille could also be included into this context.
The so-called “Rennes researchers” like Christian Doumergue and Johan Netchacovitch are of course not interested in this aspect of the subject matter because it lacks the TAKE-OFF factor!
Pseudo-history like Rennes-le-Château gains its “TAKE-OFF POWER” and momentum by tapping into strong emotional desires, nationalist pride, or distrust of authority, packaging simple and satisfying conspiracy theories that feel empowering to believers. People like Christian Doumergue hold more conspiracy theory conferences than they are able to provide any evidence to back-up and prove what they claim.
These “experts” only exist in a world that exists for them alone. Mention words like Alchemy, Atlantis, Bigfoot, Flying Saucers and Sacred Landscape Geometry and you will soon gain their attention!
Such people are of course 100% immune to putting things to the critical test.
