What Chance The Human Race?
26 December 2025
What chance the Human Race if it believes in Bethlehem? Bethlehem, it must be emphasised, was of course the birthplace of King David, hinting at the “Line of David” – which portrays Jesus Christ as being of that Lineage, especially within Matthew – this was utter superstitious nonsense (either literal or symbolic) since it was wiped out in 586 BC when Jerusalem was captured by the Babylonians. (There are no shortages of miracles in Christianity.)
What chance the Human Race if it's only fixated on such simple-minded ordinary beliefs and where any other species of life on Earth is far more intelligent?
I remember way back in the 1970s when Carl Sagan was Chief Sceptic – did he ever write down ONCE the name of Stanton T. Friedman? Stanton T. Friedman was not just a Believer in Rubbish – he was a very happy believer in Rubbish.
Carl Sagan always described Believers as being immune to basic common sense.
Such people have become much more common in the last four decades than ever before.
It was funny when Carl Sagan once commented that Immanuel Velikovsky hadn’t read Immanuel Velikovsky. There are people who blindly believe in Velikovsky in exactly the same way they believe in Bethlehem.
Luke Skywalker could only destroy the Death Star when he blindfolded himself and used The Force!
