It's really laughable, when you consider the utter reality of Saunière and Plantard's lives and consider the utter demise of their respective deaths, and the sheer contrast of the LEGENDS that have been built around them – both of these figures died in utter shame, yet their “reputations” are kept alive by the manipulation, deceit and lies of their adherents and supporters, whose very own lives are full of folly and falseness – witness their books, articles, Podcasts, websites and YouTube channels to compare against the hard facts of these two individuals that have been elevated to “stardom”!

People make fantastic claims about Saunière’s “treasure” – who in reality died as a defrocked priest in utter poverty and squalor and which Noël Corbu claimed the priest was about to sign a contract for millions of francs to build a tower – yet the facts are that Saunière could not afford 2,500 francs to buy a Summer House [called “kiosque”] in 1915 – and owed money to his greengrocer when he died!

People make fantastic claims about Plantard and the Priory of Sion – the previous article consisted of just over 300 words and most of it consisted of facts that are avoided by the believers!

Everything that is claimed about Saunière & Plantard by their adherents and supporters are lies, fantasies and downright shameless manipulation – the very same thing we see in relation to other subject matters such as Bigfoot, Flying Saucers and Reptilians!

How can anyone be blamed for thinking that the Human Race is a load of rubbish when it's so full of obvious swindlers in plain daylight, and whose own lives are as guilty as those of Saunière & Plantard, so full of deceit and manipulation?
